Looking for an extra tool in your labour birth kit?
The Elle TENS Plus offers a non pharmaceutical pain relief option using electrical pulses to support comfort and help manage the sensations of contractions.
It can be especially helpful from early labour - allowing you to stay mobile, feel more in control, and work with your body as labour unfolds.

The TENS machine can be used right from when you feel your first contraction. The electrical pulses are used to help block pain signals and increase endorphins created in your brain - your bodies very own pain relieving hormones.

The Birth Sling
The Birth Sling encourages active and upright labour positions. It can help you to find comfort in intuitive labour positions - supporting your weight while you stand, sway, or squat.
Not only an excellent labour support, it is also a wonderful tool to support gentle movement through your pregnancy.

The concept of the Birth Sling is not a new one, however it is a modern, purpose built one. It encourages active and upright positions for labour, supports intuitive movement and positioning, and can be a great tool to support gentle movement through pregnancy as well.
